Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors

The ICOPS/SOFE 2009 Exhibition will take place at the Omni Hotel in the Foyers directly adjacent to all of the oral sessions and in the Gallery where the poster sessions will be held. Coffee breaks will be in these areas, maximizing exposure of exhibits to the conference attendees.

Three exhibitor levels are offered, with prices ranging from $3000 to 10,000. The levels are described in more detail here.

General Terms:

Utilities: Standard US 110V 60 Hz electric and wireless internet access will be available at each exhibit (note - wireless is NOT provided in the Gallery). For any additional electrical or utility needs, contact Kelly Kaiser at 858-455-2516 or Kelly.Kaiser@gat.com.
Exhibit Setup (Foyer): Sunday, May 31 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Exhibit Setup (Gallery): Monday, June 1 starting no earlier than noon (the first technical session and catering in the Gallery will take place on Tuesday morning)
Exhibit Hours (Foyer): Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM
Exhibit Hours (Gallery): Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM
Exhibit Tear-down: Thursday, June 4, 5:00 PM.
Refund policy: Administration fee of $100 will be charged for any cancellation received in writing prior to May 15, 2009. No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date.
