Presentations must be loaded into the conference server at least
one hour prior to the beginning of your session.
Speakers will not be allowed to connect personal computers to the
projector, and session chairs will not be able to load presentations
during oral sessions.
At the conference, a presentation upload room will be available for
checking the content of your presentation and uploading it to the central
server. Presentations may be uploaded from CD, DVD, or USB flash
drive. Only Power Point presentations (.ppt) or Adobe Acrobat files
(.pdf) will be accepted, as the available software includes Microsoft
Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A laptop PC, projector, laser pointer, slide advancer, and lapel
microphone will be available in each presentation room. Your uploaded
presentation will be available on the presentation server in each
session room.

You will need to bring a finished, printed version of your poster. We

Poster sessions will occur on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Each
poster has been assigned a number, and you will need to mount your
poster on the appropriately numbered board. (You can check the number
by referring to the printed or on-line program.) SOFE posters will be in
the morning sessions and must be mounted by 9 AM on the day of your
relevant poster session, and taken down by 12:30 PM the same day. ICOPS

PM on the day of your relevant poster session, and taken down by 6 PM

Posters can be affixed using pins that will be provided. Velcro

must bring their own mounting supplies.
