Dear Colleagues,
The IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society International
Conference on Plasma Science (ICOPS) and Symposium on Fusion
Engineering (SOFE) were held in San Diego at the Omni hotel from May 31 to June 5, 2009. Thanks to all who
helped organize a successful joint ICOPS and SOFE, and thanks to the
700 attendees for their participation. We hope to see you again in
2010 and 2011.

o The SOFE proceedings has been mailed to all SOFE registrants on CD,
