Graduate Studies in Energy Research

Opportunities exist for graduate studies across the full range of disciplines represented in the Center for Energy Research. Our faculty and students come from one of the academic departments at UCSD.

In order to apply for admission to graduate school, students should visit the web site of the Office of Graduate Studies and Research. Within the Jacobs School of Engineering, the departments with the strongest faculty interest in energy research are:

• Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (see 0607 catalog)
• Electrical and Computer Engineering (see 0607 catalog)

Students are advised to explore faculty research interests and choose a department which most closely matches their own.
