The workshop will take place in person at UC San Diego’s campus in La Jolla, CA, and will address the following topics:
- Driver technology (e.g., supply chain and other driver synergies),
- Targets including driver-target coupling,
- Chamber concepts, such as breeding and waste stream,
- Diagnostics and simulations.
